Calgary, Canada — May 27th, 2021: Fishbone Analytics, one of Canada’s largest pureplay ServiceNow Elite partners is very excited to announce that today it will join forces with Canadian company Iceberg Networks and US based Highmetric to create a global, full-service professional and managed services partner, to bring exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes across the ServiceNow Platform.
By joining the new Highmetric group, Fishbone will be part of the network of Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm that today also announced the acquisition of the ServiceNow division of Highmetric and Iceberg Networks. As part of the transaction, Matt Stoyka is joining the new Highmetric group as CEO and Den Roenfeldt will become Executive Chair. Mr. Stoyka has over 20 years of experience in both the technology services and manufacturing industries and most recently served as the Chief Solutions Officer and Chief Relationship Officer at Rackspace Technology. Mr. Roenfeldt was most recently a Deloitte Consulting Senior Principal and served as the Global Lead Client Services Partner for ServiceNow’s business across the firm.
