Before launching Fishbone Analytics, Matt made a career that included progressive leadership positions in IT Outsourcing and Service Management Consulting working for world class companies like General Electric, CompuCom and IBM. As a serial entrepreneur, Fishbone is Matt’s third company and his ultimate work passion where he brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm for helping to make our Customers Raving Fans!
When Matt isn’t at Fishbone, he can be found with his family on their small family horse ranch at the edge of Alberta’s foothills where they make time to ride their horses and enjoy the wilderness of Alberta.
Chief Operating Officer
Chet is a proven entrepreneurial and customer centric change agent in helping progressive, growth minded organizations accelerate attainment of goals in serving their customers and rewarding stakeholders. With 35+ years of experience as a business and technology executive, with leadership positions in Corporate Strategy/Planning, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Program Management, Quality Management and Human Resources for the Energy, Utility, Technology, Health, Construction, Consulting and Service sectors, Chet brings a broad range of domain expertise to assist in the attainment of desired business outcomes for our clients. When Chet is not working on delivering business outcomes for our clients, you’ll find him trying to stay fit as he participates and competes in 5 swimming events at the Canada Games as part of Team Alberta.
Chief Technical Architect
Mark is a seasoned technology and business executive who has held various VP-level roles in Service & Software Development, Data Services, IT and HR. Mark has been instrumental in various national and international startups and has lead teams of 100 multidisciplinary consultants across several geographies. At Fishbone, Mark is a co-founder and hands-on executive, taking active roles in architecture, design, development, project management, and leadership for our ServiceNow projects and services.
And when he’s not working to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers, he’s coding new features and enhancements for Fishbone’s collection of offerings.
Johanne Riva Cambrin
Director, Solutions & Managed Platform Services
Before joining Fishbone Analytics in 2018, Johanne established her career in IT business process design and project management working globally in the Oil & Gas Industry. This gave her broad experience across both applications and Infrastructure and prepared her to lead a team focused on delivering E2E, effective, and efficient solutions. She comes to the table with a ‘get-it-done’ attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and a passion for building strong stakeholder and customer relationships through authenticity and trust.
When Johanne isn’t at Fishbone she can be found outside enjoying the rocky mountains with her two cairn terriers or out on the pacific looking for her next big catch.
Director, Customer Success
Caroline is passionate about project management and loves seeing teams come together in delivering new solutions that will benefit clients, with a focus on overall business success. She specializes in ensuring customers get the maximum value from their technology investment and providing the best strategic guidance from Fishbone’s expertise. With over 15 years of enterprise-wide project management experience across various industries, she brings a dynamic, results-oriented personality, driving integration across business units and functional experts, leading step-change organizational improvement.
And when she is not working or reading a good book, Caroline can be found enjoying the great outdoors skiing or biking with her family.
Director, People & Culture and Employee Experience
Lee Stanfield is an experienced shared services, contact centre and HR transformation Subject Matter Expert, providing consulting services to clients in health care, energy, telecom and business process outsourcing. Lee’s can-do attitude and varied abilities can be traced back to her early account management roles, where she learned all about the magic of creating Raving Fans! As the Practice Lead of HR Service Management, her mission includes sharing her passion of exceptional employee onboarding experiences, energizing employee communications and simplifying overly-complex HR processes. Lee is also responsible for the delivery of HR services to the Fishbone team.
When not building the HR Practice at Fishbone, Lee and her family love to travel around the globe.
